Peter Alexander Hearns is the creator and founder of True Crime Story911 Media Group, an independent media company producing ethical, victim-centered true crime journalism. As founder, he leads operations, editorial strategy, and content management across the organization’s platforms, ensuring all published work meets strict standards for accuracy, quality, and responsible reporting.
Hearns uses the professional pseudonym Kai-alexander Morgan for all published writing and on-air work. Under that name, he approaches journalism with a relentless commitment to uncovering truth and accountability. He has no superpowers—only the most powerful tool in journalism: his pen.
He began his journalism career as a staff writer for The Richland Chronicle, where he worked for three years covering crime, public safety, and community issues. He has since published across multiple digital platforms, including Medium and HubPages, and is currently working on a book focused on long-form storytelling.
Hearns is also the creator and host of The Original Sin Podcast, a nationally ranked true-crime podcast produced by True Crime Story911 Media Group. He will be returning to Dallas College to continue his studies in Broadcast Journalism and Mass Communications and is completing advanced journalism coursework through New York University and Rolling Stone Magazine, further strengthening his academic foundation alongside his professional work.

Elizabeth DeMaine graduated from Henderson State University with a BA in English in December 2008. Before she transferred to HSU, she attended Arkansas State University, where she was nominated for and won first place in the Freshman Writing Competition. She has always enjoyed writing, research, photography, being outdoors and reading anything she could find. Elizabeth was interested in true crime cases from a young age, and has followed many true crime cases.
Before she started writing about true crime, Elizabeth worked as a writer for several years. She researched and wrote hundreds of articles and several YouTube scripts which were read and seen by large numbers of viewers. She taught high school English for three years, and was elected English department chairperson. She also worked on creative material.
She worked as a private tutor for several years, and helped numerous students improve their writing and build their reading comprehension. She has had over 14 years of experience writing and proofreading other works.
